温阳降浊通络法治疗糖尿病肾病临床观察

Research on the Therapeutic Effect of Warming Yang and Reducing Turbidity for Dredging Collaterals Method in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy and Its Influence on Renal Function and Hemorheology

目的研究温阳降浊通络法治疗糖尿病肾病患者的效果及对肾功能、血液流变学的影响。方法参与研究的糖尿病肾病患者84例,时间2019年6月—2021年6月,按随机数字表法分为参照组(42例)、研究组(42例)。参照组采用常规西医疗法治疗,研究组采用温阳降浊通络法联合常规西医疗法治疗。均治疗3个月。比较中医证候积分、血尿酸(UA)、内生肌酐清除率(CCr)、全血黏度(高切)、全血黏度(低切)、血浆黏度。结果治疗3个月后,研究组CCr值,高于参照组(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,研究组中医证候积分、UA值、全血黏度(高切)、全血黏度(低切)、血浆黏度值,低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论温阳降浊通络法治疗糖尿病肾病的效果更佳,更能有效改善肾功能和血液流变学。

Objective To study the effect of warming yang and reducing turbidity for dredging collaterals method on diabetic nephropathy and its effects on renal function and hemorheology.Methods A total of 84 diabetic nephropathy patients were enrolled in the study.From June2019 to June 2021,they were randomly divided into control group(42 cases)and study group(42 cases).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with warming yang and reducing turbidity for dredging collaterals combined with conventional western medicine.All patients were treated for 3 months.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom score,blood uric acid(UA),endogenous creatinine clearance(CCR),whole blood viscosity(high shear),whole blood viscosity(low shear)and plasma viscosity were compared.Results After 3 months of treatment,the CCR value in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the TCM symptom score,UA value,whole blood viscosity(high shear),whole blood viscosity(low shear)and plasma viscosity in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Warming Yang and reducing turbidity and dredging collaterals is better and more effective in improving diabetic nephropathy and improving renal function and hemorheology.
