健脾通督推拿联合运动训练在小儿运动发育迟缓的应用研究

Study on the Application of Invigorating Spleen and Dredging Governor Channel Massage Combined with Exercise Training in Children with Motor Retardation

目的探讨并分析对运动发育迟缓患儿采用健脾通督推拿联合运动训练治疗所取得的效果。方法选取2018年8月—2020年8月被惠东县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的134例运动发育迟缓患儿,采用随机数字表法将其分为2组。对照组患者接受运动训练治疗,观察组患者接受健脾通督推拿联合运动训练治疗,对比2组患儿接受不同方案治疗前后的粗大运动功能水平(粗大运动功能测定(GMFM)、运动功能发育水平(大运动DQ、总发育DQ)。结果在接受治疗前,2组患儿粗大运动功能水平、运动功能发育水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组患儿粗大运动功能水平、运动功能发育水平均有提高,且与对照组患儿进行比较,观察组患儿GMFM量表评分、大运动DQ、总发育DQ明显更高(P<0.05)。结论对运动发育迟缓的患儿采用健脾通督推拿联合运动训练治疗可以取得较好的效果,能够有效提高其粗大运动功能水平、发育商水平,并促进患儿智力发育,具有较高的临床推广价值。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of invigorating spleen and dredging governor channel massage combined with exercise training on children with motor retardation.Methods 134 cases of children with motor retardation admitted to Huidong County Maternal and Child Health Care Family Planning Service Center from August 2018 to August 2020 were selected.They were divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group received exercise training treatment,and the observation group received invigorating spleen and dredging governor channel massage combined with exercise training.The gross motor function level(GROSS motor function measurement(GMFM))and motor function development level(gross motor DQ and total development DQ)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment with different programs.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in gross motor function level and motor function development level between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,gross motor function level and motor function development level of the two groups were improved,and compared with the control group.The score of GMFM scale,DQ of gross motor and DQ of total development were significantly higher in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with motor retardation,the treatment of invigorating spleen and dredging governor channel massage combined with exercise training can achieve better results,effectively improve the level of gross motor function and developmental quotient,and promote the development of children’s intelligence,which has high clinical promotion value.
