摘要
催化结焦已成为影响装置长周期运行的主要原因,结焦主要发生在:喷嘴上部的提升管内壁、粗旋出口、沉降器、集气室、油气大管线、分馏塔底、油浆换热器等部位。本文主要对装置各单元结焦的影响因素及解决措施进行阐述。
Catalytic coking has become the main reason affecting the long period operation of the device.Coking mainly occurs in the inner wall of the riser at the upper part of the nozzle,the coarse rotary outlet,the settler,the gas collection chamber,the oil and gas pipeline,the bottom of the fractionator,the slurry heat exchanger and other parts.This paper mainly expounds the influence factors and solutions of coking of each unit of the device.
