Under the background of the new era,with the continuous progress of petrochemical technology,large-scale integration development of petrochemical enterprises has become the mainstream development trend in the future.The continuous improvement of social production has put forward new requirements for petrochemical industry,traditional manual inspection can not meet the needs of petrochemical station inspection work in the new era.Inspection of petrochemical site is a high-risk work,manual inspection can not ensure the quality,and the dangerous factors in the petrochemical site pose a threat to the personal safety of inspection personnel.Using advanced technology to design a kind of inspection robot to complete the inspection work of petrochemical site,reduce the inspection work of petrochemical site at the same time,but also help to improve the quality of inspection work of petrochemical site,ensure the personal safety of inspection personnel,for promoting the development of China’s petrochemical industry has positive significance.
