摘要
某石化公司产品精制装置液化气脱硫脱硫醇部分,通过调整液化气脱硫塔操作界位、胺液温度、胺液循环量、碱液再生操作参数等措施,解决了精制液化气质量不合格问题,降低胺液再生能耗,降低了碱渣排量,实现了装置长周期平稳运行,经济效益显著。
In the LPG desulfurization and mercaptan removal part of a petrochemical company’s product refining unit,the unqualified quality of refined LPG was solved by adjusting the operation boundary of LPG desulfurization tower,amine temperature,amine circulation volume,alkali regeneration operation parameters,etc.,reducing the energy consumption of amine regeneration,reducing the alkali residue discharge,and realizing the long-term stable operation of the unit,with remarkable economic benefits.
