油气管道外破事件横向定位估算方法分析

摘要 对油气管道周边的振动激励进行横向距离定位,划分施工事件威胁等级,可以优化分布式光纤测振系统的报警效果。依据振动波延迟模型,对同一地点不同时间采集的机械挖掘激励信号样本进行估算统计。采用固定波速估算方法通过预先校准波速,虽然可以得到较为准确的距离估算结果,但是其准确度容易受土壤温度、湿度等因素影响而下降;而基于曲线拟合估算方法,在不需预先标定土壤波速数值的前提下,可达到估算误差均值<±5m,与固定波速估算方法的准确度相近,并且其工程应用价值以及对外部环境的自适应性都更具有优势。 The alarm effect of distributed optical fiber vibration measurement system can be optimized by locating the vibration excitation around oil and gas pipeline in transverse distance and classifying the threat level of construction events.Based on the vibration wave delay model,the excitation signal samples collected at the same place and different time were estimated and counted.By using the fixed wave velocity estimation method and pre-calibrating the wave velocity,a relatively accurate distance estimation result can be obtained,but its accuracy is prone to be affected by soil temperature,humidity and other factors.However,the curve fitting estimation method can achieve the mean estimation error<±5m without pre-calibration of soil wave velocity,which is similar to the accuracy of the fixed wave velocity estimation method.Moreover,it has more advantages in engineering application value and adaptability to external environment.
