摘要
天然气余压利用属政策鼓励的节能环保项目。利用天然气的余压,将高压气导入膨胀机做功,驱动发电机发电,产生经济效益;该装置可回收原先由调压阀组白白泄放的能量,能有效地解决原调压阀组减压时产生的噪音污染和管道振动,改善工作环境。基于透平膨胀机的工作原理,提出了使用透平膨胀机替代J-T阀膨胀实现降温,同时回收能量驱动发电机发电的工艺,结合集输站内管道天然气的热力参数,分析了透平膨胀机的调节特性及定转速余压发电的局限性,为进一步研究解决可变转速透平膨胀发电技术提供参考。
The utilization of natural gas surplus pressure is an energy conservation and environmental protection project encouraged by the policy.Using the residual pressure of natural gas,the high pressure gas is introduced into the expander to do work and drive the generator to generate electricity,which produces economic benefits.The device can recover the energy released by the original pressure regulating valve,effectively solve the noise pollution and pipeline vibration caused by the regulating valve,and improve the working environment.Based on the principle of turbine expander,this paper puts forward that the use of turbine expander to replace J-T valve expansion cooling,recycling energy to drive the generator power generation technology at the same time,combined with the thermal parameters of natural gas gathering station,analyzes the characteristics of the regulation of turbine expander,and the constant speed residual pressure power limitation,solve variable speed turbine expansion of power generation technology for further research to provide the reference.
