海洋丛式井井眼防碰技术探讨

摘要 海洋丛式井规模逐渐增大,以渤海油田为代表的高密度丛式井平台的单平台槽口数量已超过70个,存在着非常严峻的浅层井眼碰撞风险,同时随着勘探开发的复杂性逐渐提升,地下井网密度也在增加,进而带来潜在的深层井眼碰撞风险。通过井眼防碰体系制度规范、丛式井井眼轨道设计优化、三维井眼防碰绕障技术和多种新型井眼防碰工具的应用,可有效降低海洋丛式井井眼碰撞风险,提高钻井安全系数。 Gradually increasing scale of offshore cluster Wells,represented by the bohai sea oilfield density cluster Wells platform of single slot number has more than 70,there is a very severe shallow hole collision risk,at the same time increase gradually as the complexity of exploration and development,the underground well spacing density is increasing,and the deep hole collision of potential risks.The risk of borehole collision can be effectively reduced and the safety factor of drilling can be improved by means of the system specification of borehole collision prevention system,optimization of borehole track design of cluster Wells,3D borehole collision prevention technology and various new borehole collision prevention tools.
