摘要
以传统工业废弃物粉煤灰为原料与丙烯酰胺进行接枝聚合,制备得到了聚丙烯酰胺改性粉煤灰,并以改性粉煤灰的颗粒大小与分散程度为准则,改变原料比、分散介质类型、油水比等影响因素对其进行优化实验,确定了最佳反应条件为:油水比为2.5∶1,引发剂用量为总单体量的0.3%,分散剂为Span80占总单体量的8%,分散介质为正己烷,反应温度为70℃的条件下,反相悬浮聚合反应2 h,之后用甲酸、甲醛对其进行阳离子化,再用红外光谱对改性前后的粉煤灰进行了表征,改性后的粉煤灰出现了丙烯酰胺聚合物的特征吸收峰,表明成功合成聚丙烯酰胺改性粉煤灰。
Based on the traditional industrial waste fly ash as raw materials and acrylamide copolymer,the preparation of modified fly ash with the polyacrylamide,and the particle size and dispersion degree of modified fly ash as criterion,to change the raw material ratio,the types of dispersion medium,oil-water ratio influence factors such as the optimization experiment,the optimum reaction conditions were determined as follows:oil-water ratio of 2.5:1,dosage of initiator is 0.3%of the total amount of monomers,dispersing agent for span80 accounted for 8%of the total amount of monomer,dispersion medium for n-hexane,under the condition of the reaction temperature is 70℃,inverse suspension polymerization reaction 2 h,after using formic acid and formaldehyde on the cation,reoccupy infrared spectrum of modified fly ash have been characterized,before and after modification of fly ash in the characteristic absorption peak of acrylamide polymer,shows that successful synthesis of polyacrylamide modified fly ash.The suspension effect of modified fly ash on low density mud was evaluated.
