一种环保洗洁精的制备

A Kind of Preparation of Environment-friendly Detergent

在实验的基础上对洗洁精的常用配方进行改良,将国际公认的有毒物月桂醇硫酸酯钠用无毒无害的APG0810来代替,制备出环保、清洁、高效、刺激性小的洗洁精。然后利用正交实验确定洗洁精中表面活性剂的最佳配方比,并对其去油污能力、酸碱度、稳定性和环保性能进行测定。

In this paper,the commonly used formula of detergent was improved on the basis of experiments,and the internationally recognized toxic sodium lauryl alcohol sulfate was replaced by non-toxic and harmless APG0810 to prepare an environmentally friendly,clean,efficient and less irritating detergent.Then the optimum formula ratio of surfactant in detergent was determined by orthogonal experiment,and its deoiling ability,acidity,stability and environmental protection performance were determined.
