摘要
随着塔-吉线相关区块产量下降,密度逐渐增大,顺序输送已难以用测密度的方式切换轻质油,结算时造成了轻质油结算损失。大掺混运行方式无论从投资成本、节能效果、降凝剂用量、管道最低允许输量、运行安全等方面均具有最优的运行效果。为此,基于生产数据和实验数据研究混油量,并根据塔-吉线的实际运行情况采用SPS软件建立掺混输送模型,对比顺序输送和大掺混输送的优缺点。通过研究,大掺混输送能够适应目前各区块产量变化,实现节能安全运行。
As the output of the relevant blocks on the Tajikistan-Jilin line decreases and the density gradually increases,it is difficult for sequential transportation to switch light oil by means of density measurement,resulting in light oil settlement losses during settlement.The large-blended operation mode has the best operation effect in terms of investment cost,energy saving effect,pour point depressant dosage,minimum allowable pipeline delivery,and operational safety.To this end,based on the production data and experimental data to study the amount of mixed oil,and according to the actual operation of the Tajikistan line using SPS software to establish a blending transport model,to compare the advantages and disadvantages of sequential transport and large-blended transport.Through research,the large-blended transportation can adapt to the current changes in the output of each block and realize energy-saving and safe operation.
