厚煤层综合采煤工艺参数优化分析

摘要 为进一步提升大倾角厚煤层的开采效率、顶煤回收率等指标,达到实现高效、安全生产的目的。以16#煤层为例在对其所属工作面地质、水文以及煤层等条件分析的基础上;基于放煤椭球体理论、放煤散体介质理论以及顶煤损伤力学理论对采煤工艺参数进行初步确定;基于MATLAB软件对采煤工艺参数进行优化,最终得到适用于16#煤层的最佳工艺参数。 In order to further improve the mining efficiency,top coal recovery and other indicators of the steep thick seam,and achieve the goal of efficient and safe production.Taking Coal Seam 16#as an example,based on the analysis of the geological,hydrological and coal seam conditions of its working face,the theory of coal drawing ellipsoid,the theory of coal drawing granular medium and the theory of top coal damage mechanics,the mining process parameters are preliminarily determined,and MATLAB software,the mining process parameters are optimized,and the best process parameters applicable to 16#coal seam are finally obtained.
