摘要
21106综放工作面停采回撤期间存在较大的遗煤自燃发火危险,主要是矿压导致回撤巷道顶部煤体裂隙发育、采空区内遗煤量大以及开采的11#煤层自燃发火周期短等导致。为此,提出以减少顶煤以及采空区漏风通道为核心的防灭火技术措施,具体措施为:降低采面停采期间供风量;采面上下端头以及液压支架间注胶封堵;喷洒阻化剂以及采空区注氮等;采用强化监测提高遗煤自燃发火预警能力。现场应用后,综放支架回撤期间采面各位置CO浓度呈降低趋势,且浓度值均在安全范围内,表明采用的防灭火技术措施效果显著。研究成果可为其他矿井综放工作面停采期间防灭火工作开展提供借鉴。
During the stoping and withdrawal of 21106 fully mechanized top coal caving working face,there is a large risk of spontaneous combustion of the remaining coal,which is mainly caused by the development of cracks on the top of the withdrawal roadway,the large amount of remaining coal in the goaf,and the short spontaneous combustion period of the 11#coal seam mined.Therefore,the technical measures for fire prevention and extinguishment focusing on reducing the air leakage channel of top coal and goaf are put forward.The specific measures are reducing the air supply volume during the stoping period of the mining face,glue injection between upper and lower ends of mining face and hydraulic support,spraying inhibitor and nitrogen injection in goaf,strengthen monitoring to improve the early warning ability of spontaneous combustion of residual coal.After field application,the CO concentration at each position of the mining face shows a decreasing trend during the withdrawal of the fully mechanized caving support,and the concentration values are all within the safe range,indicating that the fire prevention and extinguishing technical measures adopted are effective.The research results can provide reference for the fire prevention and extinguishment work in other fully mechanized top coal caving working faces during stoping.
