高压板翅式换热器液空通道堵塞原因分析及处理效果

摘要 通过对空分装置高压板翅式换热器运行数据监控及换热效果差的原因分析,判断其通道堵塞,经多次研究讨论提出合理的处理方案。利用检修停车期间集中对高板液空通道进行彻底反吹扫,彻底解决了各个通道存在的污堵问题。实践证明,经吹扫后空分装置的运行效果得到充分的改善,生产运行平稳。空分装置高压板翅式换热器液空通道污堵问题的解决,不仅增加了操作人员对空分设备的掌控能力,同时在空分设备管理和维护方面积累了宝贵的经验。 By monitoring the operation data of high-pressure plate fin heat exchanger in air separation unit and analyzing the causes of poor heat exchange effect,this paper judges whether the channel is blocked.After many studies and discussions,a reasonable treatment scheme is put forward.During the maintenance and shutdown period,the liquid air channel of the high plate shall be thoroughly back purged.The problem of pollution and blockage in each channel is completely solved.Practice has proved that after purging,the operation effect of the air separation unit has been fully improved,The production runs smoothly.Solution to the problem of contamination and blockage of liquid air channel of high pressure plate fin heat exchanger in air separation unit.It not only increases the operator's ability to control the air separation plant.At the same time,we have accumulated valuable experience in the management and maintenance of air separation equipment.
