摘要
山西某纺织印染有限公司定型机有机废气经VOCs处理工艺净化后,VOCs排放浓度仍不时超标,基于当前国家加强工业大气VOCs综合治理的推进要求,必须进行升级改造。针对这一情况,通过采用湿式静电处理工艺+吸附再生及催化氧化组合工艺进行升级改造,改造后排放废气中颗粒物去除率提高至90%以上,VOCs去除率提高至95%以上,符合国家环保排放标准。
After the organic waste gas from the finalizer of a textile printing and dyeing company in Shanxi has been purified by VOCs treatment process,the VOCs emission concentration still exceeds the standard from time to time.Based on the current national requirements for strengthening the comprehensive treatment of VOCs in industrial atmosphere,upgrading and transformation must be carried out.In view of this situation,the combined process of wet electrostatic treatment+adsorption regeneration and catalytic oxidation is adopted for upgrading.After the transformation,the removal rate of particulate matter in the exhaust gas is increased to more than 90%,and the removal rate of VOCs is increased to more than 95%,meeting the national environmental protection emission standards.
