磁混凝工艺在选矿废水处理的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 选矿废水中污染物组成复杂,尤其是固体悬浮颗粒物(SS)含量高,严重影响出水水质。相较于传统的混凝沉淀技术,磁混凝沉淀技术在SS的去除过程中存在一定的优势。本研究选择3种磁混凝沉淀体系对选矿废水中存在的SS进行去除。通过批次实验确定了在磁混凝沉淀中,最佳的混凝剂、助凝剂及磁粉添加量。研究结果表明,3种磁混凝体系下废水静置90 min之后,以聚合氯化铝为混凝剂的磁混凝体系中,SS的去除率最高(95%)。本研究可以为磁混凝沉淀技术在选矿废水SS去除的实际应用提供理论基础,进而提高废水回用效率。 The composition of pollutants in mineral processing wastewater is complex,especially the high content of solid suspended particles(SS),which seriously affects the effluent quality.Compared with traditional coagulation sedimentation technology,magnetic coagulation sedimentation technology has certain advantages in SS removal.In this study,three kinds of magnetic coagulation sedimentation systems were selected to remove SS from ore dressing wastewater.The best coagulant,coagulant aid and magnetic powder addition amount in magnetic coagulation precipitation was determined through batch experiment.The results showed that the removal rate of SS was the highest(95%)in the magnetic coagulation system with polyaluminum chloride as the coagulant after the wastewater was left for 90 min under three kinds of magnetic coagulation systems.This study can provide a theoretical basis for the practical application of magnetic coagulation sedimentation technology in SS removal of mineral processing wastewater,and further improve the wastewater reuse efficiency.
