摘要
粉尘污染对作业人员的健康安全、设备的正常运行都会造成严重的影响,甚至还能引发安全事故。为了针对性的高效性的对粉尘治理,首先必须掌握粉尘浓度的分布及运移规律,因此开展了露天煤矿粉尘浓度现场监测方案的研究,选定对人体健康的威胁最大的PM_(2.5)和PM_(10)作为重要的监测对象,重点监测露天矿周边、主要粉尘源周边、矿坑内并且远离粉尘源等位置的粉尘浓度,从精度和成本等方面考虑,采用1台β射线粉尘浓度监测仪和若干台激光粉尘浓度监测仪相结合的方式,现场实时监测煤矿粉尘的浓度。该研究对于煤矿粉尘的分布状况和运动规律有积极效果,同时对露天矿除尘降尘具有实际的指导意义。
Dust pollution will have a serious impact on the health and safety of operators and the normal operation of equipment,and even cause safety accidents.In order to effectively control dust,it is necessary to first master the distribution and migration law of dust concentration.Therefore,the research on the on-site monitoring scheme of dust concentration in the open pit coal mine has been carried out.PM_(2.5) and PM_(10),which pose the greatest threat to human health,have been selected as important monitoring objects.This paper focused on monitoring the dust concentration around the open pit,around the main dust sources,in the pit and far away from the dust sources.Considering the accuracy and cost,the combination of one setβX-ray dust concentration monitor and several laser dust concentration monitor is adopted to monitor the concentration of coal mine dust in real time on site.The research has positive effects on the distribution and movement of coal mine dust,and has practical significance for dust removal and reduction in open pit mines.
