卫星遥感技术县域应用现状及前景分析 被引量:1

摘要 我国卫星遥感的发展正如火如荼,业已形成陆地、海洋和大气等地球观测体系,现阶段,小卫星星座与大卫星系统相结合,正广泛服务于国计民生的诸多领域。本文以卫星遥感技术在县级行政区的应用情况为切入点,重点围绕国土资源、农业、林业和环境保护等领域,阐述了我国卫星遥感技术在县域经济和社会发展中的应用现状与内在特点,并就县域应用所面临的问题从遥感知识普及、应用需求、数据获取、技术创新等四个方面进行了剖析。进一步,结合当前云计算,大数据和互联网+等技术给多源、海量遥感数据处理和服务带来的机遇,认为卫星遥感在县域国土资源、农业、林业、环境保护等行业的应用将更具智能化,更贴近用户。最后,总结提出了多源卫星遥感协同、与无人机系统及地面观测等“天空地”立体组网,将打开县域遥感应用的新局面。 The development of satellite remote sensing in China is in full swing.Earth observation systems such as land,ocean and atmosphere satellite systems have been formed.Nowadays,the combination of small satellite constellations and large satellite systems is widely used in many areas of our national economy and the people’s livelihood.Based on the application of satellite remote sensing technology in county-level administrative regions,this paper expounds the application status and inherent characteristics of satellite remote sensing technology in county economic and social development in China,focusing on the fields of land resources,agriculture,forestry and environmental protection.The problems faced by satellite remote sensing applications in county level were analyzed from four aspects:remote sensing knowledge popularization,application requirements,data acquisition,and technological innovation.Furthermore,the application of satellite remote sensing in industries such as county land resources,agriculture,forestry,environmental protection and other industries will be more intelligent and closer to users,considering the opportunities brought by cloud computing,big data and internet accelerated speed technologies to multi-source and massive remote sensing data processing and services.Finally,the"Ground-Air-Space"three-dimensional network,such as multi-source satellite remote sensing cooperation,UAV system and ground observation was proposed,which will open up a new situation of remote sensing application in county area.
