[Objective]Based on real-world medical data, analyze the adaptive symptom cluster of Xingnaojing Injection in the treatment of ischemic stroke.[Methods]A retrospective analysis was carried out using electronic hospital records as data. The cases were divided into effective group and ineffective group according to the changes in the condition before and after treatment, and the related indexes of adaptive symptom cluster were determined byχ^(2) test and binary logistic regression analysis, and the results were visualized as a nomogram.[Results]Red tongue and slippery pulse had a positive effect on the curative effect of Xingnaojing Injection, and patients with this feature were more effective.Fatigue, pale complexion, and less tongue coating have a negative impact on the curative effect of Xingnaojing Injection, and patients with this feature had poor effectiveness.[Conclusion]Clarifying the clinically adaptive symptom clusters of Chinese patent medicines can guide physicians in the rational use of drugs, and the use of real-world medical data can become a model for studying the clinically adaptive symptom clusters of Chinese patent medicines.
