环保型人造骨料在预应力混凝土管应用中的分散机理 被引量:1

摘要 混凝土具有耐久性能好、抗压强度高、体积稳定性好、抗腐蚀性能高等特点,作为建筑材料被广泛应用于土木工程中。大体积混凝土和高落差一次性浇筑混凝土制品(预应力混凝土管等)制备过程中会出现骨料分散不均匀的现象,严重影响混凝土制品质量。试验利用工业固体废弃物制备不同密度、不同尺寸的人造骨料,并以此制备混凝土试件,在控制不同类型骨料制备的混凝土试件具有相同流动性的前提下,对骨料的分散情况进行分析,利用了图像处理技术对骨料的分散性能进行表征,并对测试精度进行论证。经试验探索与数据分析表明:在相同密度骨料前提下,混凝土中粒径为10~15mm的骨料分布比较均匀;在相同粒径前提下,密度为2624kg/m^(3)的骨料分布比较均匀,为今后的优化提供了方向。 Concrete has good durability,high compressive strength,good volumetric stability and high corrosion resistance,and is widely used as a construction material in civil engineering.During the preparation of large volume concrete and high drop one-off concrete products(pre-stressed concrete pipes,etc.),the phenomenon of uneven aggregate dispersion can occur,which seriously affects the quality of concrete products.Experiments were conducted to prepare artificial aggregates of different densities and sizes using industrial solid waste,and to prepare concrete specimens in this way.The dispersion of the aggregates was analyzed under the premise that the concrete specimens prepared with different types of aggregates had the same fluidity.Image processing techniques were used to characterize the dispersion properties of the aggregates and to demonstrate the accuracy of the tests.The experimental exploration and data analysis showed that the distribution of aggregates with particle size of 10mm to 15mm in concrete was more uniform under the premise of the same density of aggregates,and the distribution of aggregates with density of 2624kg/m^(3) was more uniform under the premise of the same particle size,which provided the direction for future optimization.
