装饰一体化轻薄夹心保温墙板的研究 被引量:2

摘要 在国家大力倡导和发展绿色建筑的大趋势下,对围护结构提出了更高的要求,作为最重要的围护结构部件,传统的夹心保温混凝土墙板存在饰面效果受限、重量和厚度大等问题。本文研发了取消外叶墙板的饰面一体化轻薄墙板结构和专用拉结件,实现了ECP板和陶板等多样化饰面材料与内叶墙板的可靠连接;通过配合比优化研究,配制出容重低于1500kg/m^(3)的低水胶比轻骨料混凝土,具有收缩小、耐久性明显优于相同强度等级普通混凝土的特点,该轻骨料混凝土应用于墙板的内叶墙板部位,为墙板减重奠定了基础;通过研发,形成真空绝热保温板防护、墙板一体化制作成型、饰面防护等墙板制作关键工艺技术。研发的饰面一体化轻薄夹心保温墙板经实测,传热系数达到超低近零能耗标准要求,减重减薄30%以上,而且还兼具低碳、防火、耐久、防水、隔音等多种功能。 Under the general trend of national vigorously advocating and developing green building,the envelope structure has put forward higher requirements.As the most important envelope component,the traditional sandwich insulation concrete panel has some problems,such as limited finishing effect,large weight and thickness.In this paper,the integrated thin panel structure and special tie parts are developed,which eliminate the outer leaf panel,and realize the reliable connection between the ECP board,ceramic board and other diverse finish materials and the inner leaf panel.Through the optimization of mixing ratio,the lightweight aggregate concrete with low water-binder ratio and bulk density less than 1500kg/m^(3) is prepared,which has the characteristics of lower shrinkage and durability significantly better than ordinary concrete of the same strength grade.The lightweight aggregate concrete is applied to the inner leafpanel of the sandwichpanel,laying the foundation for the weight reduction of the sandwichpanel.Through research and development,the formation of vacuum insulation board protection,wall panel integrated production molding,face protection and other sandwichpanel production key technologies.The research and development of the veneer integration thin sandwich insulation panel has been measured,the heat transfer coefficient meets the requirements of ultra-low energy consumption standard,the weight and thickness is reduced by more than 30%,and it also has a variety of functions such as low carbon,fire prevention,durability,waterproof,sound insulation and so on.
