摘要
为了提高工程绿色建设质量,实现降本增效,本文以G5京昆高速绵阳至成都扩容项目TJ4标段为依托,在传统搅拌和振动搅拌的搅拌方式下,开展了同条件下对比试验,分析了不同标号混凝土的力学性能、工作性能及构件外观。结果表明:相同搅拌时间下,振动搅拌新拌混凝土的坍落度和扩展度更高,倒筒时间更短;在相同配合比下,与传统搅拌相比,振动搅拌下不同标号混凝土抗压强度提高了10%~20%;同等混凝土强度条件下,振动搅拌可节约4%~6%的水泥用量。与传统搅拌相比,振动搅拌可以有效地改善新拌混凝土的工作性能和构件外观,提高混凝土结构力学性能,是一种经济有效的混凝土生产方法。
In order to improve the quality of green construction of the project and to achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase,based on the expansion of G5 Jingkun Expressway from Mianyang to Chengdu TJ4 section,under vibration mixing and ordinary mixing,a comparative test under the same conditions was carried out,and the mechanical properties,working performance and appearance of component of different grades of concrete were analyzed.The results show that the slump and expansion of the fresh concrete under vibratory mixing are higher,and the pouring time is shorter in the same mixing time.Based on the same mix ratio,the compressive strength of different grades of concrete under vibratory mixing increased by 10% to 20% compared with the ordinary mixing.Under the same concrete strength conditions,vibration mixing can save 4% to 6% of cement consumption.The research shows that compared with ordinary mixing,vibration mixing can effectively improve the work performance and component appearance of fresh concrete,improve the structural mechanical properties.It is an economical and effective concrete production method.
