手术治疗严重多发性骨关节创伤的临床效果

Clinical effect of surgical treatment for severe multiple osteoarticular trauma

目的 研究手术治疗严重多发性骨关节创伤的临床效果。方法 61例严重多发性骨关节创伤患者,按不同治疗方式分为对比组(30例)和实验组(31例)。对比组患者接受保守治疗,实验组患者接受手术治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果及生活质量、疼痛评分。结果 实验组患者躯体功能评分(83.55±2.23)分、心理功能评分(85.29±2.39)分、社会功能评分(81.39±1.85)分、物质生活评分(87.22±2.46)分均高于对比组的(71.54±1.29)、(76.52±1.77)、(71.69±1.16)、(76.81±2.17)分,疼痛评分(2.31±1.16)分低于对比组的(3.85±1.36)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者治疗总有效率96.77%高于对比组的76.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对严重多发性骨关节创伤患者进行手术治疗的效果较保守治疗更佳,患者疼痛程度更轻,对于其生活质量的提升有积极影响,具有临床参考价值。

Objective To study the clinical effect of surgical treatment for severe multiple osteoarticular trauma. Methods A total of 61 patients with severe multiple osteoarticular trauma were divided into control group(30 cases) and experimental group(31 cases) according to different treatment methods. Patients in the control group received conservative treatment, and patients in the experimental group received surgical treatment. The therapeutic effect, quality of life and pain scores of the two groups were compared. Results In the experimental group, the physical function score was(83.55±2.23) points, the psychological function score was(85.29±2.39) points, the social function score was(81.39±1.85) points and the material life score was(87.22±2.46) points, which were higher than(71.54±1.29),(76.52±1.77),(71.69±1.16) and(76.81±2.17) points in the control group;the pain score(2.31±1.16) points was lower than(3.85±1.36) points in the control group;the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate in the experimental group was 96.77%, which was higher than 76.67% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Surgical treatment of patients with severe multiple osteoarthritis is more effective than conservative treatment, with less pain and a positive impact on their quality of life, and has the value of clinical reference.
