硫酸镁联合盐酸利托君治疗早产胎膜早破的效果探讨

Discussion on the effect of magnesium sulfate combined with ritodrine hydrochloride in the treatment of premature rupture of membranes

目的 探讨硫酸镁联合盐酸利托君对早产胎膜早破的治疗效果。方法 69例早产胎膜早破产妇,随机将其分为参照组(34例)和观察组(35例)。参照组实行单一硫酸镁治疗,观察组实行硫酸镁联合盐酸利托君治疗。比较两组临床各项指标(宫缩抑制时间、孕龄延长时间以及治疗时间)、不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组的宫缩抑制时间(2.25±0.56)d、治疗时间(3.67±0.87)d显著短于参照组的(4.17±0.98)、(6.24±1.08)d,孕龄延长时间(17.35±7.33)d长于参照组的(8.57±6.13)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为5.71%,低于参照组的26.47%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 硫酸镁联合盐酸利托君对于缩短产妇的宫缩抑制时间及治疗时间极为有利,并且还可以减少不良反应的发生。

Objective To discuss the effect of magnesium sulfate combined with ritodrine hydrochloride in the treatment of premature rupture of membranes. Methods A total of 69 women with premature rupture of membranes were randomly divided into the reference group(34 cases) and the observation group(35 cases). The reference group was treated with magnesium sulfate alone, and the observation group was treated with magnesium sulfate combined with ritodrine hydrochloride. The clinical indicators(duration of inhibition of uterine contractions,prolongation of gestational age, and treatment time), and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The duration of inhibition of uterine contractions(2.25±0.56) d and the treatment time(3.67±0.87) d of the observation group were significantly shorter than(4.17±0.98) and(6.24±1.08) d of the reference group;the prolongation of gestational age(17.35±7.33) d of the observation group was longer than(8.57±6.13) d of the reference group;the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.71%, which was lower than 26.47% in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Magnesium sulfate combined with ritodrine hydrochloride is extremely beneficial to shorten the duration of inhibition of uterine contraction and treatment time of puerperae, and can also reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
