果酸焕肤术联合OPT治疗黄褐斑的有效性及安全性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨果酸焕肤术联合优化脉冲技术(OPT)治疗黄褐斑患者的有效性及其安全性。方法 52例黄褐斑患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各26例。对照组采用OPT治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合果酸焕肤术治疗。比较两组疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为86.54%,高于对照组的69.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为7.69%,低于对照组的23.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 果酸焕肤术联合OPT治疗黄褐斑的临床效果显著,能够有效改善患者的色斑症状,减少色素沉着,有效修复患者因疾病造成的皮肤组织损伤,增强皮肤组织的抵抗力,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To discuss the efficacy and safety analysis of skin rejuvenation with alpha hydroxy acid combined with optimal pulse technology(OPT) in the treatment of melasma. Methods A total of 52 cases of melasma patients were divided into control group and observation group by random numerical table, with 26 cases in each group. The control group was treated by OPT, and the observation group was treated by skin rejuvenation with alpha hydroxy acid on the basis of the control group. The efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 86.54%,which was higher than 69.23% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.69%, which was lower than 23.08% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Skin rejuvenation with alpha hydroxy acid combined with OPT in the treatment of melasma patients has significant clinical effect. It can not only effectively improve the symptoms of patients with macular, reduce pigmentation, but also effectively repair the skin tissue damage caused by the disease, enhance the resistance of skin tissue. It has higher safety, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
