五行音乐疗法联合八髎穴按摩在分娩中的应用价值

The application value of five-element music therapy combined with Baliao point massage in childbirth

目的 通过观察五行音乐疗法与八髎穴按摩联合应用在产妇分娩过程中的临床意义,探讨其作用机制。方法 128例待产产妇,按照奇偶分组法分为对照组与研究组,各64例。对照组予以标准化助产方案,研究组予以五行音乐疗法联合八髎穴按摩助产方案。比较两组第一产程时间与疼痛程度、缩宫素使用情况、分娩结局、会阴损伤情况与会阴侧切率。结果 两组产妇第一产程潜伏期比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组产妇第一产程活跃期短于对照组,疼痛程度低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组缩宫素使用率18.75%与缩宫素用量(2.51±0.17)U均低于对照组的60.94%、(3.92±0.29)U,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组自然分娩率78.13%高于对照组的46.88%,转为剖宫产率15.63%低于对照组的43.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组产钳助产率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组会阴损伤程度低于及会阴侧切率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 五行音乐疗法与八髎穴按摩联合使用的助产方案在产妇分娩过程中具有显著的临床效果,在有效改善产妇第一产程的时间、疼痛程度等分娩情况的同时,显著提高产妇顺产率,因此可以广泛应用,大力推广。

Objective To observe the clinical significance of the combined application of five-element music therapy and Baliao point massage in the childbirth, and discuss the mechanism of action. Methods A total of 128 pregnant women in labor were divided into control group and research group according to the odd-even grouping table, with 64 cases in each group. The control group received standardized midwifery program, while the research group received five-element music therapy combined with the Bailiao point massage. The duration of the first stage of labor and pain level, the use of oxytocin, the delivery outcome, the perineal injury and the rate of episiotomy were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the latency period of the first stage of labor between the two groups(P<0.05). The active period of the first stage of labor in the research group was shorter than that in the control group, and the pain level was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The use rate of oxytocin in the research group was 18.75% and the dosage of oxytocin was(2.51±0.17) U, which were lower than 60.94% and(3.92±0.29) U in the control group, and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05). The natural delivery rate 78.13% in the research group was higher than 46.88% in the control group;the cesarean section rate 15.63%in the research group was lower than 43.75% in the control group;the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the rate of forceps midwifery between the two groups(P>0.05). The degree of perineal injury and the rate of episiotomy in the research group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of the five elements music therapy and the Baliao point massage has a significant clinical effect in childbirth, which can effectively improve the duration of first stage of labor and pain level, while significantly increasing the natural delivery rate, so it can be widely used and promoted.
