摘要
目的调查二甲医院护士知识隐匿行为与自我超越的现状及其相关性。方法采用便利抽样方法选取2021年12月至2022年3月长沙市的220名二甲医院护士作为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、知识隐匿行为量表以及自我超越量表进行调查。结果二甲医院护士的知识隐匿行为总分为(24.12±8.16)分,自我超越总分为(46.35±8.85)分;单因素分析结果显示不同年龄、工作年限、技术职称的二甲医院护士的自我超越水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素分析结果显示二甲医院护士的工作年限(t=2.482,P=0.014,95%CI:0.037~0.327)和二甲医院护士的知识隐匿行为(t=-4.157,P=0.000,95%CI:-0.037~-0.124)是护士自我超越的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论二甲医院护士仅有普通的自我超越能力与一般性知识隐匿行为,个体自我超越能力得分随知识隐匿行为的降低而提升。护理管理者可通过创建良好的氛围、增加学习交流的机会等措施降低护士的知识隐藏行为,提高护士的自我超越水平。
Objective To investigate the current situation and correlation analysis of knowledge concealment behavior and self-transcendentation of nurses in Grade 2A hospital.Methods A total of 220 nurses from Grade 2A hospital in Changsha City from December 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects according to convenient sampling method,and the general information questionnaire,knowledge concealment scale and self-transcendence scale were used to investigate.Results The total score of knowledge concealment behavior of nurses in the Grade 2A hospital was(24.12±8.16)points,and the total score of self transcendence was(46.35±8.85)points.The results of univariate analysis showed that there were significant difference in the level of self-transcendence among nurses of different ages,working years and technical titles in the Grade 2A hospital(P<0.05).The results of multivariate analysis showed that the working years(t=2.482,P=0.014,95%CI:0.037-0.327)and the knowledge concealment behavior(t=-4.157,P<0.001,95%CI:-0.037--0.124)of nurses in the Grade 2A hospital were the independent risk factors of nurses'self transcendence(P<0.05).Conclusion Nurses in Grade 2A hospitals only have ordinary self-transcendence and general knowledge concealment behavior,the score of individual self-transcendence increases with the decrease of knowledge concealment behavior.Nursing managers can reduce nurses'knowledge concealment behavior and improve nurses'self-transcendence by creating a good atmosphere and increasing opportunities for learning and communication.
