家庭沙盘治疗对青少年抑郁症患者家庭功能的影响

Effect of family sand table therapy on family function of adolescent patients with depression

目的探讨家庭沙盘治疗对青少年抑郁症患者家庭功能的影响。方法选取2019年5月至2021年5月赣州市第三人民医院心理科收治的80例青少年抑郁症患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为沙盘组(40例)与对照组(40例)。对照组采用常规宣教与盐酸舍曲林治疗,沙盘组在对照组基础上采用家庭沙盘治疗。比较两组治疗前及治疗4、8周的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、家庭功能量表(FAD)评分。结果两组患者治疗4、8周后的HAMA、HAMD评分低于治疗前,且沙盘组的HAMA、HAMD评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗4、8周后的沟通、角色、情感介入、问题解决、行为控制、情感反应、总功能评分及FAD总分低于治疗前,且沙盘组的FAD各项评分及总分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭沙盘治疗能进一步改善青少年抑郁症患者的抑郁症状及家庭功能,总体疗效较理想。

Objective To explore the effect of family sand table therapy on family function in adolescents with depression.Methods A total of 80 adolescent patients with depression admitted to the Department of Psychology of Ganzhou Third People's Hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the sandpan group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with routine education and sertraline hydrochloride,and the sand table group was treated with home sand table.The scores of Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),and family assessment device(FAD)were compared between the two groups before treatment and at 4 and 8 weeks of treatment.Results The scores of HAMA and HAMD after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and HAMA and HAMD scores in the sand tray group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of communication,role,emotional intervention,problem solving,behavioral control,emotional response,total functional scores and FAD total score in the two groups after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the FAD scores in the sand table group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Family sand table therapy can further improve the depressive symptoms and family function of adolescent depression patients,and the overall effect is satisfactory.
