孤独症谱系障碍儿童肠道菌群与症状严重程度的相关性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)儿童肠道菌群与症状严重程度的关系。方法选择2020年6月至2021年6月于泉州市妇幼保健院·儿童医院就诊的90例ASD患儿作为研究对象,按照孤独症治疗评定量表评估得分将其分为轻度组(41例)、中度组(39例)、重度组(10例),采用16S高通量基因测序测量其肠道菌群,比较三组的菌群的相对丰度以及与症状严重程度的相关性。结果重度组的链球菌属、埃希氏菌属、真杆菌属、梭杆菌属、肠道菌群相对丰度均低于轻度组、中度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中度组的链球菌属、埃希氏菌属、真杆菌属、梭杆菌属、肠道菌群相对丰度均低于轻度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重度组的巨球型菌属、巨单胞菌属、铜绿假单胞菌、肠道巴恩斯氏菌的相对丰度均高于轻度组、中度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中度组的巨球型菌属、巨单胞菌属、铜绿假单胞菌、肠道巴恩斯氏菌的相对丰度均高于轻度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。链球菌属、埃希氏菌属、真杆菌属、梭杆菌属的相对丰度与ASD严重程度呈负相关(P<0.001),巨球型菌属、巨单胞菌属、铜绿假单胞菌、肠道巴恩斯氏菌的相对丰度与ASD严重程度的关系呈正相关(P<0.001)。结论ASD儿童的肠道菌群分布情况与症状的严重程度存在相关性。 Objective To analyze the relationship between gut microbiota and symptom severity in children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Methods A total of 90 children with ASD who were treated in Quanzhou Women's and Children's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into mild group(41 cases),moderate group(39 cases)and severe group(10 cases)according to the evaluation score of the autism treatment scale,the gut microbiota was measured by 16S high-throughput gene sequencing,and the relative abundance of microbiota in the three groups and the correlation with symptom severity were compared.Results The severe group had relatively abundant Streptococcus,Escherichia,Eubacterium,Fusobacterium,and intestinal flora.The degree of infection was lower than that of the mild group and the moderate group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The abundance was lower than that of the mild group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The abundances were higher than those in the mild group and the moderate group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The relative abundance of Staphylococcus was higher than that in the mild group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The relative abundances of Streptococcus,Escherichia,Eubacterium,and Fusobacterium were negatively correlated with the severity of ASD(P<0.001).The relative abundance of bacteria and Barnesella enterica was positively correlated with the severity of ASD(P<0.001).Conclusion The distribution of gut microbiota in children with ASD is correlated with the severity of symptoms.
