阿立哌唑联合利培酮在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果

Application effect of Aripiprazole combined with Risperidone in patients with schizophrenia

目的探究阿立哌唑联合利培酮在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2022年1月于九江市第五人民医院精神科进行治疗的80例女性精神分裂症患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,各40例。对照组患者口服利培酮进行治疗,研究组患者在对照组的基础上口服阿立哌唑进行治疗,观察并比较两组患者阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分、临床效果、生活质量以及不良反应的发生情况。结果研究组患者治疗后的阴性症状、阳性症状和一般病理症状的PANSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后各项生存质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组临床疗效总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿立哌唑联合利培酮治疗可以改善精神分裂症患者精神状态和生活质量,有效提高临床疗效的同时,没有明显不良反应情况发生,具有一定的安全性,值得临床广泛推广。

Objective To explore the effect of Aripiprazole combined with Risperidone in patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 80 female patients with schizophrenia who were treated in the Psychiatry Department of the Fifth People's Hospital of Jiujiang City from January 2018 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group and the control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with oral Risperidone,and the patients in the research group were treated with oral Aripiprazole on the basis of the control group.The positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)scores,clinical effect,quality of life and occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The PANSS scores of negative symptoms,positive symptoms and general pathological symptoms of the patients in the study group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of survival scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical efficacy in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Aripiprazole combined with Risperidone treatment can improve the mental state and quality of life of patients with schizophrenia,effectively improve the clinical efficacy,and at the same time,there are no obvious adverse reactions,and it has certain safety,which is worthy of widespread clinical promotion.
