全身中药熏洗联合中药沐足对产妇产后的康复效果探讨

Discussion on postpartum rehabilitation effect of puerpera by systemic traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with foot bathing with traditional Chinese medicine

目的探讨全身中药熏洗联合中药沐足对产妇产后的康复效果。方法112例分娩产妇,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组56例。对照组产妇产后康复应用中药沐足,观察组产妇产后康复采用全身中药熏洗联合中药沐足。比较两组产妇护理后舒适度、阴道出血量及护理前后心理状态评分。结果观察组产妇护理后舒适度优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇阴道出血量为(225.63±20.63)ml,明显少于对照组的(403.25±30.58)ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组产妇焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组产妇SAS评分(33.12±4.36)分和SDS评分(32.81±4.72)分均显著低于对照组的(35.36±4.88)、(36.35±5.72)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产后康复过程中采用全身中药熏洗联合中药沐足可以提高产妇身体舒适度,帮助子宫更好的收缩,从而降低阴道出血量,有一定的推广价值。

Objective To discuss the postpartum rehabilitation effect of puerpera by systemic traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with foot bathing with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 112 puerperae were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 56 cases in each group.The control group received traditional Chinese medicine for postpartum rehabilitation,while the observation group received systemic traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with foot bathing with traditional Chinese medicine.The comfort after nursing,vaginal blood loss,and psychological state score before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The comfort after nursing of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The vaginal blood loss in the observation group was(225.63±20.63)ml,which was significantly less than(403.25±30.58)ml in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score and the self-rating depression scale(SDS)score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS score(33.12±4.36)points and SDS score(32.81±4.72)points of the observation group were significantly lower than(35.36±4.88)and(36.35±5.72)points of the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of systemic traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and foot bathing with traditional Chinese medicine can improve the physical comfort,help the uterus to contract better,thereby reducing the vaginal blood loss,which has a certain promotion value.
