长江A级、B级航区交界水域交通安全治理的思考与实践

The consideration and practice of maritime safety management in the boundary waters of level A and B navigation waters of the Yangtze River

江阴大桥是长江A级、B级航区的分界线,交界水域位于长江喇叭口,航路狭窄、水流湍急、船流密集,加之水文变化多、气候影响大,航经该水域船舶易发生事故险情,造成严重后果。本文详述长江A级、B级航区交界水域通航要素,分析目前存在的主要通航风险,阐明该水域水上交通安全治理的必要性和可行性,提出安全治理的思路和实践做法。

Jiangyin Bridge is the boundary of Yangtze River which divides the level of A and B navigational waters areas.The water areas of the boundary looks like a horn,as a result,the current is rapid,the channel is narrow,the trafc is heavy.Because of the variable of hydrology and weather,many marine accidents happened in the past.This article sums up the navigation condition of the boundary water areas,and analyses the main navigation risk at present.In addition,this article explain the necessity and feasibility about safety navigation of ships on the boundary water areas,and provides the pattern for management and practices.
