摘要
液货船泵舱结构复杂、空间封闭、装置多样、使用频繁,泵舱内易燃易爆、有毒液货品容易泄漏,进而造成人员伤亡和财产损失,此部位一直是航运界关注的重点之一。为进一步探讨先进科技在提升液货船泵舱本质安全方面的作用,笔者结合典型事故案例,分析泵舱泄漏事故发生原因,查找泄漏事故演进规律,评价泵舱现行泄漏探测设备的有效性及制约因素,并提出改进建议;同时依据化工行业先进监测系统的应用情况,结合船舶泵舱结构特点,考虑应用可行性,提出先进监测设备在液货船泵舱应用的构想与展望。
The tanker pump room has complex structure,closed space,various devices,and frequent use.The flammable,explosive,and toxic liquid goods in the pump room are easy to leak,thereby causing casualties and property losses.This part has always been one of the focuses of the shipping industry.In order to further explore the role of advanced technology in improving the intrinsic safety of tanker pump rooms,this paper combines typical accident cases to analyze the causes of pump room leakage accidents,fnd out the evolution law of leakage accidents,and evaluate the efectiveness and restrictive factors of the current leakage detection equipment in pump rooms,and put forward suggestions for improvement,at the same time,combined with the application of advanced monitoring systems in the chemical industry,combined with the structural characteristics of ship pump rooms,and considering the feasibility of application,the concept and prospect of the application of advanced monitoring equipment in tanker pump rooms are put forward,in order to inspire others.
