摘要
目的:比较2型糖尿病患者参与自控锻炼前后血糖相关指标的变化,探讨自控锻炼对2型糖尿病患者血糖、血脂的影响。方法:将符合标准的80例2型糖尿病患者随机分为实验组和对照组,各40例,自控锻炼组每天1h,定量自控锻炼运动干预3个月,分别测定自控锻炼干预前后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、体重、BMI等指标,与对照组进行比较。结果:经过3个月自控锻炼干预,实验组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)均下降(P<0.05),体重和BMI变化不明显(P>0.05);对照组各指标的变化不明显(P>0.05)。结论:在糖尿病饮食下合理的自控锻炼能够有效降低2型糖尿病病人血脂、血糖及糖化血红蛋白。
Objective:To compare the changes of blood glucose related indexes in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus before and after participating in self-controlled exercise, and to explore the effect of self-controlled exercise on blood glucose and blood lipid in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:80 patients with type 2 diabetes who met the standard were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, 40 patients in each group. The self controlled exercise group had 1 hour a day, and the quantitative self controlled exercise intervention was conducted for 3 months. The fasting blood glucose(FBG), 2h postprandial blood glucose(2hPBG), glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1c), body weight, BMI and other indicators before and after the self controlled exercise intervention were measured and compared with the control group.Results:After 3 months of self controlled exercise intervention, fasting blood glucose(FBG), 2h postprandial blood glucose(2hPBG), and HbA1c in the experimental group decreased(P<0.05),while body weight and BMI did not change significantly(P>0.05);The changes of each index in the control group were not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Reasonable self-control exercise under diabetes diet can effectively reduce blood lipid, blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin in type 2 diabetes patients.
