职业化背景下全国男子三人篮球超级联赛发展路径探索

Exploration on the Development Path of National Men’s Three Player Basketball Super League under the Background of Professionalization of Events

该文运用文献资料法、对比分析法和问卷调查法,结合当前全国男子三人篮球超级联赛开展情况,并与国际相关赛事对比分析,发现联赛未形成合理的产业链模式;缺少第三方联赛监管机构;赛事推广力度较弱;体育竞赛产品质量有待提高;联赛管理体制有待革新;三人篮球裁判等级制度空缺等问题。针对这些问题,提出成立第三方联赛监管机构,采用联赛升降级制度,畅通各级联赛人才晋升通道,逐渐向三级管理体制过渡,建立我国三人篮球裁判等级制度,塑造联赛文化提升影响力等发展路径。

Using the methods of literature and comparative analysis, combined with the current development of the National Men’s Three Player Basketball Super League, this paper makes a comparative analysis with relevant international events. It is found that the league has not formed a reasonable industrial chain model and lacks a third-party league regulatory authority;The promotion of the event is weak;The quality of sports competition products needs to be improved;The league management system needs to be reformed;Three player basketball referees rating system vacancy and so on. In view of these problems, it is proposed to establish a third-party league supervision institution, adopt the league promotion system, smooth the promotion channels of league talents at all levels, gradually transition to a three-level management system, establish a three player basketball referee rating system in China, shape league culture and improve influence.
