乡村振兴战略的实施,需要“产业的升级”与“经济的拉动”,无论是服务业、制造业还是农业都需要优秀人才的参与。这在很大程度上需要学生返乡创业积极投身到乡村振兴战略实施的过程中。文章结合乡村振兴背景下大学生返乡创业的现实价值,探究了影响大学生返乡创业的个人因素、教育因素、政策因素及环境因素,提出转变传统观念与加强“资源供给”、革新创业教育体系与丰富实践经验、积极强化返乡创业政策及营商环境的返乡创业策略,我国乡村振兴战略的顺利实施,提供强大的人才保障。
