摘要 转向节铸钢件是某轮式车辆转向系统组成中的关键零部件,机械加工后轴向部位不允许出现任何缺陷。针对原铸造工艺生产过程中,产品热节较大的圆弧部位存在夹砂等铸造缺陷的问题,对该产品铸造工艺进行优化设计,并采用铸造CAE模拟仿真技术进行可视化模拟结果分析。经生产验证,优化后工艺显著减少了铸造缺陷,持续提升了产品质量合格率。 Steel steering knuckle casting is a key component in the steering system of wheeled vehicles. After machining,no defects are allowed in the axial part. According to the original casting process, casting defects such as sand inclusions were found to exist in the large arc part with a thermal center of the product. To solve this problem, optimization of the casting process design is conducted using casting CAE simulation technology to realize the visual analysis of the simulation results. Actual manufacturing shows that the optimized process significantly reduces casting defects and continuously improves the product quality qualification rate.
