摘要
基于智能咖啡机座体产品结构特点和客户生产要求,通过CAE技术仿真分析,对产品结构、外观品质、成型工艺以及模具整体设计方案进行了研究探析和优化设计。采用热唧嘴与冷流道相结合的方式,设计侧浇口从产品中心非外观面进行注射,并结合排气槽的灵活设计,模具充型效果好,最大程度减少了产品的外观熔接线和变形量;从产品四面分别设计滑块抽芯结构,与前模镶件和后模型芯共同构成模腔主体,通过4个方向的液压油缸驱动滑块进行侧向抽芯,不仅运行平顺可靠,解决了长抽芯距情况下导致模具外形尺寸过大的问题,又可避免因脱模斜度而引起产品上、下外形尺寸差异的问题;侧滑块中设计内置滑块,解决了同一抽芯方位存在不同抽芯角度的问题,顺利实现了二维度异向抽芯;创新设计的前模顶出机构,结构简单实用,有效解决了前模倒扣的顶出问题,降低了模具的开发制作成本。模具整体结构紧凑而又精巧,注塑生产质量稳定,很好地满足了客户的生产需求。
Based on the intelligent coffee machine pedestal product structure and production requirements,the product structure,appearance quality,molding process and overall mold design were studied,analyzed and optimized through CAE technology simulation analysis.With the combination of hot nozzle and cold runner,the side gate was designed to inject from the product center of the non appearance surface,and the mold filling effect was good with the design of the exhausting-slot,which minimizes the appearance weld line and deformation of the product.The sliders were designed from four sides of the product,which together with the front mould insert and the rear mould core forms the main cavity.The sliders in four directions driven by the hydraulic cylinder run smoothly and reliably,which not only solves the problem that the mould dimension is too large due to the long distance of side core pulling,but also avoids the problem of different dimensions between upper and lower shape due to the draft angle.A built-in subslider is designed in the slider,which solves the problem that there are different side core pulling directions in one place,and successfully realizes two-dimensional side core pulling in different directions.With the innovative design,the ejection mechanism in front mould is simple and practical,which solves the ejection problem of the front mold undercut and reduces the development and manufacturing cost of the mould.The overall structure of the mould is compact and exquisite,and the injection production quality is stable,which can meet the customer needs.
