摘要
为保障液压支架跟机移架的可靠性,研究了3个厂家的油酸和其改性后的产物对液压支架液压液的影响,通过气质联用分析各油酸的组成,在相同条件下,采用醇胺对油酸进行改性,考察了80℃和120℃下改性油酸在水溶液中的润滑性、表面张力、pH值、电导率、Zeta电位和粒径,并对改性油酸加入液压液后的稳定性进行了测试。实验结果表明,各油酸含有16个碳原子及以上的物质累计含量均在95%左右,未对润滑性造成影响;杂质含量较少的油酸在120℃下改性后,表面张力、Zeta电位较高,粒径较小,在水中的分散性较好,有利于液压液的稳定。
In order to ensure the reliability of the hydraulic support and the machine moving frame, the influence of oleic acid from three manufacturers and its modified products on the hydraulic fluid of the hydraulic support was studied. The composition of each oleic acid was analyzed by gas chromatographymass spectrometry. Under the same conditions, alkanolamine was used to modify oleic acid. The lubricity, surface tension, pH value, electrical conductivity, Zeta potential and particle size of modified oleic acid in aqueous solution at 80 ℃ and 120 ℃ were investigated. The stability of hydraulic fluid containing modified oleic acid was tested. Experimental results show that the cumulative content of substances containing 16 carbon atoms or more in each oleic acid is about 95%, which does not affect the lubricity;after oleic acid with less impurity content was modified at 120 ℃, the surface tension and Zeta potential were higher, and the particle size was smaller, better dispersibility in water, which is beneficial to the stability of hydraulic fluid.
