摘要 设计了以S7-1200 PLC为核心的架空乘人装置断绳抓捕控制系统,对抓捕控制系统进行硬件选型与软件设计。建立了抓捕机构及控制系统的传递函数,对该装置进行了时间响应分析。实践与分析表明:该抓捕装置具有很好的快速性和稳定性。最后给出提高抓捕响应的具体措施。 The broken rope capture control system of aerial passenger device based on S7-1200 PLC was designed,and the hardware selection and software design of the capture control system were carried out.The transfer functions of the capture mechanism and control system were established,and the time response of the device was analyzed.Practice and analysis show that the capture device has good rapidity and stability.Finally,the specific measures to improve the capture response were given.
