液压油缸内壁熔铜的微观组织及服役行为研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对液压油缸内壁镀铜层存在结合力及耐蚀性不足的问题,内壁电弧熔铜技术逐渐应用于油缸再制造。选择铝、镍青铜焊丝为原料,选择调质27SiMn钢为基体,通过电弧熔覆技术在液压油缸内壁制备了内壁熔铜层。结果表明,合金元素对铝青铜耐蚀性有明显改善。此外,在干摩擦及乳化液工况下,有一定合金元素的内壁铜层同样表现出优异的抗摩擦磨损性能,可为液压油缸内壁熔铜的性能提升提供技术支持。 Aiming at the problems of the insufficient adhesion and corrosion resistance of inner copper melting coating on hydraulic cylinder, inner copper melting technology was gradually applied to the remanufacturing on hydraulic cylinder. Aluminum, nickel bronze welding wire was selected as raw material and 27SiMn steel was selected as matrix, inner copper melting coating was prepared by arc cladding technology. The results show that the alloy elements had better significantly improve the corrosion resistance of aluminum bronze. In addition, under the dry friction and emulsion conditions,the inner copper layer with centain alloying elements also showed excellent wear resistance, which provids technical support for the performance improving of inner copper melting coating on hydraulic cylinder.
