摘要
针对综采工作面回采过程中转载机与带式输送机自移机尾搭接卸料口出现的拉回煤问题和带式输送机自移机尾由于底板破碎造成其爬坡受阻问题,基于现场工作面回采时转载机与带式输送机自移机尾实际工作情况,运用机械设计理论,对带式输送机自移机尾部件进行相关技术改造。技术改造结果表明,转载机与带式输送机的落煤距离得到提高,自移机尾爬坡适应能力增强,设备过载停机事故率及人员处理事故时的安全风险大大降低,综采工作面回采效率和安全生产效益得到显著提升。
For fully mechanized mining face transfer and belt conveyor in the process of moving from the tail of the discharging mouth appear the problem of the move back coal and belt conveyor tail due to bottom broken its climbing up problem, based on the mining face transfer and belt conveyor since the tail actual working situation, used the theory of mechanical design, carried on the related technical transformation to the tail parts of the belt conveyor. The technical transformation results show that the distance of coal falling between the transfer and the belt conveyor is improved, and the adaptability of the tail climbing of the self-moving machine is enhanced. The accident rate of overload and shutdown of equipment and the safety risk of personnel handling accidents are greatly reduced. Mining efficiency and safety production benefit of fully mechanized mining face have been significantly improved.
