摘要
为解决车集煤矿燃气锅炉供暖运行费用高、氮氧化物排放量大的问题,结合矿井余废热资源及用能需求,在可行性论证的基础上,提出了利用矿井水余热的全风量井筒防冻系统。介绍了系统流程和机组配置,并对该系统和燃气锅炉的经济性和环保性进行了对比。结果表明,相比于原燃气锅炉供暖,该系统可节省运行费用172万元/a,可节省天然气18.4万m3/a,经济效益和节能减排效果显著。
In orde to solve the high operating costs and large NOxemissions of gas-fired boiler in Cheji coal mine, according to its waste heat resources and energy demand, an efficient and low-carbon shaft anti-freezing system utilizing the waste heat of coal mine water was proposed based on feasibility study.The system flow and unit configuration were introduced. The economics and environmental effects of this system and gas-fired boiler were compared. The results show that compared to gas boiler heating, 1.72million yuan can be saved annually by using this system, 184 000 cubic meters of natural gas can be saved per year, the economic benefit and energy saving and emission reduction effect are remarkable.
