摘要
针对煤矿井下地质条件复杂、采掘工作面巷道受采动影响大、底板和巷道围岩变化严重易造成带式输送机驱动装置基础变化、高/低速联轴器中心偏移、故障频繁等问题,采用永磁电动滚筒驱动替代传统电机+偶合器+减速机+自主轴节驱动方式,彻底解决驱动部受地压、巷道变化的影响,降低故障率。永磁电动滚筒具备安装空间小、结构简单、传动效率高、启动转矩大、功率平衡度高、智能化程度高、节能效果好等优点,可实现输送机煤量监测和根据煤量自适应调速,在带式输送机上的应用具有明显优势,具有广阔的应用前景。
In view that the underground geological conditions of coal mine are complex, the roadway of mining face is greatly affected by mining, the floor and roadway surrounding rock change seriously,which is easy to cause the foundation change of belt conveyor driving device, the center offset of highspeed and low-speed coupling, frequent faults and other problems, adopted permanent magnet electric drum drive to replace the traditional driving mode of motor +coupling +reducer +independent coupling,which completely solves the influence of ground pressure and roadway changes on the driving part and reduces the fault rate. The permanent magnet electric drum has the merits of small installation space,simple structure, high transmission efficiency, large starting torque, high power balance, high degree of intelligence and good energy-saving effect. It can realize the coal quantity monitoring of the conveyor and adaptive speed regulation according to the coal quantity. It has obvious advantages and broad application prospects in the application on belt conveyor.
