基于虚拟负载的系统稳定性测试平台应用及研究

摘要 为现有的综采工作面跟机自动化集控系统搭建通信测试平台,进行平台软件和硬件设计,实现各种现场总线技术标准及其传感器、电磁阀口输出等负载数据的实时仿真模拟,便于进行边缘极限性能测试,从而更加真实地模拟井下集控系统的工作环境,在测试过程中更准确地发现问题和稳定复现现场故障,严格控制好总线的负载率,形成完整的综采工作面智能化控制系统测试问题的解决方案。 The communication test platform was built for the existing automatic centralized control system of the fully mechanized mining face, the software and hardware of the platform were designed,and the real-time simulation of load data such as various fieldbus technical standards, sensors and solenoid valve port output were realized. It is convenient to test the edge limit performance, so as to simulate the working environment of the underground centralized control system more truly, find the problems more accurately and reappear the field faults stably in the test process, strictly control the load rate of the bus, and form a complete solution to the test problems of the intelligent control system of the fully mechanized mining face.
