数据驱动的核心素养评价:本源、困境与破局 被引量:15

摘要 推进核心素养的培养是促进育人方式改革和提升教育质量的关键,但核心素养本身的复杂特性及测评手段的局限使得核心素养评价陷入了测评难度较高、测评数据不全面、测评结果不客观等困境。新兴技术的发展则可有效解决相应测评难题,其中大数据可有效剖析核心素养的内隐特性,区块链技术则优化了大数据的存储和管理,增加了数据的共享性和可信度,二者融合推动了教育评价从经验决策向数据驱动的转型,是破解核心素养评价困境的重要引擎。基于两类关键技术,该文从数据驱动的视角出发,构建了由智能化大数据与区块链平台、人机协同评价体系、评价结果的反馈和应用三个主要环节构成的核心素养评价模型,以期为核心素养评价提供可行路径,助力学生的全面发展。 Promoting the cultivation of core competencies is the key to promoting the reform of educational methods and improving the quality of education.However,the complex characteristics of core competencies itself and the limitation of evaluation means make the evaluation of core competencies fall into the dilemma of high difficulty,incomplete evaluation data and subjective evaluation results.The development of emerging technology can effectively solve the corresponding evaluation problems.Among them,big data can effectively analyze the implicit characteristic of core competencies,blockchain technology can optimize the storage and management of big data,increasing the sharing of data and credibility.The integration of the two has promoted the transformation of educational evaluation from experiential decision to data-driven,which is an important engine to solve the dilemma of core competencies evaluation.Based on two kinds of key technologies,this paper constructed the core competencies evaluation model from the view of data-driven,which consists of intelligent big data and blockchain platform,human-machine collaborative evaluation system,and feedback and application of evaluation results,in order to provide a feasible path for the core competencies evaluation and help students’comprehensive development.
