摘要 无处不在的数字技术影响广泛而深远,世界各国都积极采取政策措施,以应对数字技术对学习、生产、生活带来的变化,尤其是对教育发展带来的新机遇。面对当今世界数字技术的迅速发展,教育如何适应数字时代的需要,促进经济社会的发展。该文在对教育数字化转型的内涵进行界定的基础上,分析国际上已有探索,提出我国教育数字化转型的建议,认为要围绕教育全要素系统推进教育数字化转型,绘制教育数字化转型远景蓝图;要发挥数据价值,构建以数据为关键要素的教育数字化格局;要应用数字化工具,进行精准教、学、管,实现治理方式变革。 Ubiquitous technology has a wide and far-reaching impact.All countries in the world actively take policy measures to deal with the changes brought by technology to learning,production and life,especially the challenges to the development of education.This study defines the connotation of educational digitalization,analyzes the current situation of China’s educational digitalization transformation,and combs the five characteristics of the implementation of educational digitalization in the United States,including building infrastructure based on learning objectives,developing Internet teaching models to promote teachers’professional development,establishing a learner centered technology driven learning model,developing embedded evaluation into the learning process,and paying attention to setting up a vision to enhance leadership.On this basis,the Countermeasures for the digital transformation of education in China are formed.
