智能医工融合新工科人才培养模式探索与实践

摘要 在当前大力发展新工科的形势下,针对医工交叉复合型人才需求和培养过程中存在的问题,提出了智能医工融合新工科人才培养模式实践新思路。该思路从顶层设计培养方案和重构课程体系入手,将人工智能类课程纳入教学大纲,实施由学校、医院、医疗企业不同背景专家学者担任指导教师的多师联导制度,实行项目驱动的实践教学和校内外联合培养的科技创新能力提升计划,在专业课程中推行“课程思政”的价值导向和思想引领举措,从知识-能力-素养全面提升学生的综合能力。最后,通过专业建设和教学实践验证,取得了良好的效果。 In the current situation of vigorously developing new engineering,in view of the social demand for interdisciplinary talents and the problems existing in the cultivating process, this paper puts forward a new idea of practice of new engineering talents training mode. The idea starts with the top-level design of training programs and reconstruction of curriculum system, including artificial intelligence courses into the syllabus, implementing the multi-tutor joint guidance system with experts and scholars from different backgrounds of schools, hospitals and medical enterprises, implementing the project driven practical teaching and the science and technology innovation ability improvement plan of joint training inside and outside the school, and implementing the "curriculum ideological and political" in professional courses in order to improve the comprehensive ability of students from the knowledge ability quality. Finally, through the major construction and teaching practice, good results have been achieved.
