海南自贸港作为中国对外开放的新窗口,对海南省乃至全国经济的发展与繁荣具有重要意义。总结海南自贸港的特点并研究当前海南自贸港营商环境中的现存问题。问题具体表现在自贸港内基础设施建设尚未完善、人才储备不足、政府监管水平及服务质量不高。对此,需要从基础设施、人才引进、政务服务水平等方面优化海南自贸港营商环境。

As a new window of China’s opening up,Hainan Free Trade Port is of great significance to the economic development and prosperity of Hainan province and even the whole country.The paper summarizes the characteristics of Hainan Free Trade Port and studies the existing problems in the current business environment of Hainan Free Trade Port,which are shown in the incomplete infrastructure construction,insufficient talent reserve,low government supervision level and service quality.In this regard,it is necessary to optimize the business environment of Hainan Free Trade Port in terms of infrastructure,talent introduction,government service level,etc.
