时空视角下的南京江北新区国土空间用地格局分析

Analysis of Territorial Space Land Use Pattern in Nanjing Jiangbei New Area from the Spatio-temporal Perspective

利用地理国情地表覆盖分类数据,从时空视角分析2015—2019年南京江北新区国土空间格局现状及变化情况,结果表明:南京江北新区国土空间用地比例相对均衡,呈现“城镇—生态”协调发展的空间格局,基本符合区域发展定位;2015—2019年,南京江北新区国土空间用地的变化趋势为城镇用地增长、农业用地和生态用地减少,且农业用地减少速率快于生态用地。

Based on the land cover classification data of geographical conditions,we analyzed the current situation and changes of land use pattern in Nanjing Jiangbei New Area from 2015 to 2019 from the spatio-temporal perspective.The results show that①the proportion of land use in Nanjing Jiangbei New Area is relatively balanced,showing a spatial pattern of coordinated development of“Town-Ecology”,which basically conforms to the positioning of regional development.②From 2015 to 2019,the change trend of land use in Nanjing Jiangbei New Area is the increase of urban land,the decrease of agricultural land and ecological land,and the decrease rate of agricultural land is faster than that of ecological land.
